I think this has been long overdue, but here it goes!
Last year I started having some issues with my Breville machine and was unsure who to trust to help fix it. Found out Spoton through a simple google search and boy was I glad.
Was coordinating with Sushi here and loved the experience end to end, very proactive communication throughout the journey. Sharing videos/photos once the machine was ready and tested. Even smooth delivery experience. Would definitely recommend this for any coffee machine related services to my friends and family!

The manager Kirti Giasotta and the support staff Manoj Sawant have been patient, and gave us the right guidance to buy an Delonghi espresso machine that best served our needs. The hand held demo session and the earnest efforts to explain the machine functionalities shows their true focus on customer satisfaction. Would recommend this store for all your espresso machine and coffee grinding needs.

We had an issue with our Kitchen planetary mixer. We contacted spoton and they charged a visitation fee. The technician checked the machine and quickly deduced which part required replacing and told us that the part needed to be brought from abroad. We organised for the part and they promptly came and fixed it. When we asked them how much we owed, their response was; the initial visitation fee would suffice. You rarely see businesses run with such integrity these days.

Spot-on has installed the coffee machines at my home and now even at one restaurant location. The machine we bought from them was a Delonghi Prima donna elite experience. Right from pricing to installation to service and parts everything has been amazing in fact it has been Spot on. I highly recommend this for your coffee machine needs. Highly recommended.
